INVITATION TO GENERAL ASSEMBLY

The members of the Agricultural Cooperative of Episkopi Fruits are invited to a Regular General Assembly, in accordance with Decision No. 20/29-05-2023 of the Board of Directors, on Sunday, June 4, 2023, at 20:00, in the courtyard of the Cooperative.

AGENDA:

• Approval of the 2022 Financial Statements.
• Reading of the 2022 Supervisory Board Report.
• Discharge of the Board of Directors from liabilities.
• Election of Certified Public Accountants for the 2023 fiscal year.
• Various matters.

In case there is no quorum, the Assembly will be reconvened on Sunday, June 11, at the same time and location, with the same agenda.
