INVITATION TO GENERAL ASSEMBLY
The members of the Agricultural Cooperative of Episkopi Fruits are invited to a Regular General Assembly, in accordance with Decision No. 39/11.12.2023 of the Board of Directors, on Wednesday, January 3, 2024, at 10:00 AM, in the Community Hall with the following sole agenda item:
AGENDA:
- Elections for the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board.
In case there is no quorum, the Assembly will be reconvened on Wednesday, January 10, at the same time and location, with the same agenda.
Additionally, the Board of Directors announces that nominations for candidates will be accepted at the cooperative’s offices until Wednesday, December 27, 2023, at 15:00.
