AS Episkopis
The Cooperative's facilities were built in 1989 on a privately owned plot of 15,000 m². Refrigeration units (4 chambers), a sorting area, a warehouse, and offices with a total area of 4,000 m² were constructed. From 1996 to 2015, an additional 15 refrigeration chambers were built, and a modern 600 m² warehouse for packaging materials was also erected. In 2010, an adjacent agricultural plot of 9,000 m² was purchased.
Today, the Cooperative's buildings cover approximately 7,000 m² and are located on a privately owned property of 24,000 m².
The Cooperative's facilities include a state-of-the-art electronic sorting system with a capacity of 15 tons per hour for kiwis, peaches, plums, and apricots, as well as a sorting system with a capacity of 2 tons per hour for cherries. The Cooperative's refrigeration facilities consist of 19 chambers, capable of storing 3,500,000 kg.
